What is Bikram Yoga

Bikram Yoga is from traditional hatha yoga. Classes run exactly 90 minutes and consist of a set series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, and is ideally practiced in a room heated to 105°F (≈ 40.6°C) with a humidity of 40%.
As you practice the twenty-six postures you will systematically move fresh, oxygenated blood to one hundred percent of your body. The heat helps sweat out toxins, stretches your muscles and improves blood circulation
Individual weight loss results will vary depending on frequency of your practice and your calorie intake.
Bikram Yoga Beginner Series is also known as The Original Hot Yoga.
